Daub-Heissler


Mr. and Mrs. George D. Daub of Williamsport announce the engagement of their daughter, Christina Mae Daub to Gordon Stuart Heissler, son of Charles J. Heissler of Edgewater, N.J., and the late Jean E. Heissler.

Ms. Daub is a 1988 graduate of Williamsport High School and received a bachelor of science degree in geography from Western Kentucky University in 1992. She is employed by Earthdata International of Maryland in Gaithersburg, Md., as a digital orthophoto team leader.

Mr. Heissler is a 1980 graduate of Leonia High School in Leonia, N.J. He attended University of Arizona and served with the U.S. Army in Berlin, Germany. He is employed by Bionetics as a research technician.

A spring wedding is planned.

Carty-Forberger


Heather Carty and Brian Forberger announce their engagement.

Ms. Carty is the daughter of Vicki Carty and David Sanders, both of Waynesboro, Pa. She is a 1996 graduate of Waynesboro High School and a 2000 graduate of Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pa., with a bachelor of science degree in molecular biology. She is employed by The Institute of Genomic Research in Rockville, Md.

Mr. Forberger is the son of Linda Forberger and Steve Forberger, both of Lancaster, Pa. He is a 1995 graduate of Manheim Township High School in Neffsville, Pa. He is employed by Millsource in Hagerstown.

An October wedding is planned.

Valgene-Pereschuk


John and Pat Valgene of Hagerstown announce the engagement of their daughter, Tina Louise Valgene, to Jacob John Pereschuk, son of Krista and Earle Pereschuk Sr. of Williamsport.

Miss Valgene is a 1999 graduate of Williamsport High School.

Mr. Pereschuk is a 1999 graduate of Washington County Technical High School and attends Hagerstown Business College.

A Sept. 4, 2004 wedding is planned.

Snyder-Cunningham


Sara Elizabeth Snyder and Christopher Wade Cunningham announce their engagement.

Ms. Snyder is the daughter of John and Lois Snyder of Hagers-town. She is a 1995 graduate of St. Maria Goretti High School and received a bachelor of science degree in sports medicine from Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C., in 1999.

Mr. Cunningham is the son of Ed and Margaret Cunningham of Hagerstown. He is a 1995 graduate of St. Maria Goretti High School and received a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Towson University in 2000.

An Aug. 10 wedding is planned.

McFadden-Smith


Larry and Betty Smith of Clear Spring and Susan S. McFadden of Manchester, N.J., wish to announce the engagement of their children, Richard S. Smith and Erin J. McFadden.

Miss McFadden is a 1997 graduate of Toms River High School South and plans to graduate in May from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J., with a bachelor of engineering in chemical engineering degree. She plans to pursue a doctorate in biochemical engineering at Rutgers University this fall.

Mr. Smith is a 1995 graduate of Clear Spring High School and a 1999 graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, where he received a bachelor of engineering in electrical engineering. He is pursuing a master's degree in telecommunications management at Stevens Institute of Technology. He is employed as a network planning manager at AT&T in South Brunswick, N.J.

A June 29 wedding is planned.

Marxh-Browne


Wendy L. Marsh and Dennis M. Browne announce their engagement.

Miss Marsh is the daughter of Phyllis Marsh of Swanton, Md., and the late Eugene Marsh. She is a 1983 graduate of Bruce High School in Westernport, Md., and received a bachelor of science degree and a master of education degree from Frostburg State University. She is employed by Washington County Board of Education as an elementary music teacher.

Mr. Browne is the son of David Browne Sr. of Flowery Branch, Ga., and Donna Browne of Orlando, Fla. He is a 1990 graduate of Colonial High School in Orlando. He served in the U.S. Army from 1990 to 1999. He is employed by Signal Corp. in Frederick, Md., as a senior information technology technician.

A June wedding is planned.

Savieo-Zittle


Sheryl Faith-May Savieo and Richard Alan Zittle of Martinsburg, W.Va., announce their engagement.

Miss Savieo is the daughter of Eugene C. and Sharon P. Savieo of Keyser, W.Va. She is a 1994 graduate of Keyser High School and a 2002 graduate of the licensed practical nursing program at James Rumsey Technical Institute. She is employed as a nurse at the office of Dr. Robert Bowen and Dr. Ernesto Agbayani in Martinsburg.

Mr. Zittle is the son of Richard E. and Beverly J. Zittle of Martinsburg, W.Va. He is a 1993 graduate of Hedgesville High School and received a bachelor of arts degree in marketing from Shepherd College in 2002. He is employed as a loan officer at Lincoln Mortgage in Martinsburg.

An Oct. 12 wedding is planned.
