FREDERICK, Md. - Nick Roby's suicide bunt in the fifth inning helped ignite an eight-run explosion as St. John's at Prospect Hall (4-1) defeated St. Andrews.

Dan Turner and Andy Ivens had two hits apiece while Stan Hess and Ryan Blizzard each had two RBI.

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - Sherpherd used a season-high 19-hit attack for a win at Fairfax Field.

Lucas Taylor, who had three hits and four RBI, had a three-run homer in the six-run second inning. Brian Powell and Charlie Drummond were 3-for-3, Lance Williams had two hits and three RBI, Jimmy Jackson and Zac Couturiaux had two hits apiece, Jake Ellifritz had three RBI and Couturiaux had two RBI apiece.


Justin Collins (3-0) struck out six and allowed one hit for Shepherd (9-2-1).
