Spahr-Baker


Erin Michelle Baker and Timothy John "T.J." Spahr Jr. were married Saturday, March 24, 2001, at St. James Brethren Church in St. James.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth G. Baker of Boonsboro. The bridegroom is the son of Caroline Spahr of College Park, Md., and Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Spahr of Ellicott City, Md.

The bride received a bachelor of science degree in mass communications from Towson University in May 2000 and is pursuing a master's degree in history from George Mason University. She is employed as customer service manager at Bed Bath and Beyond in Dulles, Va.

The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of University of Maryland, College Park, with a bachelor of science degree in computer science. He is employed as network administrator for Dimension Data in Reston, Va.

Reilly-Kurtyka


Kristen Ann Kurtyka and Gabriel Benjamin Reilly were united in marriage Saturday, April 21, 2001, at St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church in Hagerstown.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Kurtyka of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Michelle Reilly of Rohrersville and Edward Reilly of Middletown, Md.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and a 1999 graduate of Western Maryland College with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. She is employed as an accounting assistant for Hydro Construction Co., in Fort Collins, Colo.

The bridegroom is a 1994 graduate of Boonsboro High School and a 1999 graduate of University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He is employed as a service engineer for CBW Automation in Fort Collins.

They live in Fort Collins.




Artz-Coleman


Heather Lynn Coleman and John Thomas Artz were married Saturday, Aug. 18, 2001, in Hagerstown City Park.

The bride is the daughter of Earl and Virginia Coleman of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Terry L. and Johnna Artz of Williamsport.

The bride attended South Hagerstown High School, is a 2000 graduate of Gateway Christian Academy in Williamsport and is studying elementary education at Hagerstown Community College. She is employed as a team leader at Target in Hagerstown.

The bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Williamsport High School and received an associate's degree in electrical engineering from Hagerstown Community College in 1999. He is employed as a cable splicing technician for Verizon in Martinsburg, W.Va.

They live in Williamsport.




Smith-Divelbliss


Kimberly D. Divelbliss and David A. Smith Jr. were married Friday, Sept. 7, 2001, at Needmore Bible Church in Needmore, Pa.

The bride is the daughter of James and Marlene Barnhart of Warfordsburg, Pa. The bridegroom is the son of the late David A. and Geraldine Smith Sr.

The bride is a graduate of Southern Fulton High School. She is employed in the human resources department at TruServ in Hagerstown.

The bridegroom is a graduate of North Hagerstown High School. He retired from Maryland Correctional Training Center and is now employed at Southern States in Warfordsburg.

They live in Warfordsburg.
