LANDISVILLE, Pa. - Danley Shank scored 22 points to lead No. 3 Chambersburg (12-2) to a 70-50 victory over Norristown Saturday night.

Mike Clark scored 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds for the Trojans. Nate Wingerd scored 14 points as Bryan Bender added eight points and had eight assists for Chambersburg.

Chambersburg 51, JB 49

MERCERSBURG, Pa. - James Buchanan used a 15-0 run to take a 26-23 halftime lead, but Chambersburg came back in the fourth quarter, then held off the Rockets for a victory.

JB (9-5) scored inside with less than 30 seconds to play, cutting Chambersburg's lead to one. The Trojans made a free throw to take the lead back to two with seven seconds left.

The Rockets drove the length of the court, but couldn't score the tying basket inside as time expired.

Kara Lehman, Abby Stoner and Lori Stauder all had 12 points for JB. Lehman and Stauder had six rebounds, while Stoner had seven.

Steph Van Brakle had 17 points and Laree Lentz added 12 for Chambersburg.
