Police seek help in photo equipment burglary and theft

A burglary and theft of more than $17,000 from Myerly and Lowe Photography in September is the subject of this week's Crime Solvers case in Washington County.

Someone broke into the office/studio at 19711 Leitersburg Pike between 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 15 and 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 16 through a side window.

Once inside, numerous expensive cameras were taken including a Mamiya Flex 330 with a 150-mm lens and a Fuji GW690III. Camera equipment also was taken, according to Maryland State Police.

All leads in this case have been exhausted and Crime Solvers is seeking the help of the community.
