Highlights: The 110-acre entertainment complex includes more than 60 rides and attractions - including Lightning Racer, a wooden, racing/dueling, double-track roller coaster - and more than 20 children's rides. Entertainment includes musical performances, dance reviews and a dolphin and sea lion show. Also ZOOAMERICA, and 11-acre walk-through zoo.

Open: Weekends only - May 11 to 13 and 17 to 20; Daily - Thursday, May 24, through Monday, Sept. 3; Fall weekends - Sept. 8 and 9, 15 and 16; Oct. 18 to 21 and 25 to 28, plus selected days in November and December.

  • $18.95 - Ages 3 to 8 and ages 55 to 69
  • $14.95 - Ages 70 and older
  • Free - Ages 2 and younger

New for 2001: A 20-minute, custom laser show choreographed to the latest musical hits and projected on a 40-foot by 60-foot screen. Through October at ZOOAMERICA there is an exhibit about the rare, white alligator.
