The Washington County Commission on Aging offers noon lunches to anyone over 60 years old at seven locations - Hancock, Smithsburg, Keedysville, Williamsport and three in Hagerstown.

A two-day reservation notice is required and a donation is asked per meal. For information, call 301-790-0275.

Weekly menu


Wednesday - Ribicue dippers, baked beans, cole slaw, whole-grain bread, pineapple, and milk.

Thursday - Roast turkey, whipped potatoes and gravy, sauerkraut, cranberry sauce, stuffing ball, peaches, and milk.

Friday - Salmon patty, au gratin potatoes, mixed vegetables, whole-grain bread, cherries and milk.

Monday - Stuffed peppers, corn and green bean casserole, whole-grain bread, mixed fruit, and milk.

Tuesday - Lasagna with meat sauce, tossed salad, school wheat roll, applesauce, and milk.
