The man was described as white, 5-10 to 6 feet tall, mid to late teens, 175 pounds, with blonde hair.

Man charged with DUI and paraphernalia possession
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- Chambersburg Police charged a Shippensburg, Pa., man with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia after pulling him over Sunday morning.
Police stopped Kurt A. Dunkel, 25, around 3:45 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of East Queen Street. Dunkel had drug paraphernalia in his possession and was under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Dunkel's blood alcohol concentration was 0.21 percent, more than twice the legal limit, police said.
Two injured in collision late Tuesday in Halfway
HALFWAY - Two people were injured in a two-car collision at Halfway and Massey boulevards Tuesday evening, firefighters said.
The drivers of a passenger car and a pickup truck were taken to Washington County Hospital with minor injuries, according to the Volunteer Fire. Co. of Halfway spokesman Alan Matheny.
He said both received minor injuries in the 6:08 p.m. accident.
Further details about the victims were unavailable.
Harpers Ferry couple charged in theft from man
FREDERICK, Md. - A Harpers Ferry, W.Va., couple is accused of defrauding a 79-year-old Frederick man of more than $36,000 in credit card purchases, Maryland State Police in Frederick said Monday.
Carol Anne Kriss-Free, 51, and Ralph Eugene Free, 49, have been charged with six counts of felony theft, nine counts of illegal use of credit cards and one count of theft of personal identification.
Police believe during the period from 1996-2000, the couple obtained goods and money from the fraudulent cards opened in the victim's name without his knowledge.
Man reports five men beat him with bats Monday
HAGERSTOWN - A man told Hagerstown City Police he was was clubbed by five men wielding baseball bats at about 8 p.m. Monday on North Mulberry Street.
He was treated at Washington County Hospital and released.
Frederick man charged with marijuana possession
FREDERICK, Md. - A 19-year-old Frederick man was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Saturday after Maryland State Police Cpl. T.J. McKenrick pulled him over for speeding on Interstate 70.
The trooper smelled burning marijuana and saw some of the drug in the driver's lap, police alleged. More was found in the center console, according to police.
Benjamin Melvin Reed Jr., of 7120 Linganore Road, was also given a speed citation, police said. Reed was later released on personal recognizance.
