* "Mad About Milk" photo contest

Sponsored by the Milk Mustache Campaign and Seventeen magazine

Deadline for entries is Sunday, April 1.

The contest is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous states and District of Columbia, ages 12 through 24 as of Friday, Feb. 2, except employees of sponsoring organizations.

One winner will receive $1,000 and be flown to New York City for a milk mustache photo shoot for an ad that will run in Seventeen magazine. Ten runners-up will have their winning entries posted on the official Milk Web site, Winners will be chosen by Friday, June 1.

Entries must include a 3-by-5-inch index card with participant's name, address, birthdate and phone number; a photo of the participant with a "milk mustache"; and 50 words or less explaining why they drink milk.
