Washington County Health Department
Women's Health Services offers free Pap tests, pelvic and breast exams for women of all ages at its clinics in Hagerstown, Hancock and Keedysville.

Private physicians also provide screening through the county's Breast and Cervical Cancer Program. For information, call 301-791-3235.
In Pennsylvania, Pap tests, pelvic and breast exams are provided free for income-eligible women. There also is an income-based sliding fee scale.
Pennsylvania's Healthy Women program provides Pap tests and mammograms for income-eligible women older than 50.
