Shepherd College women win, men lose
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
BLUEFIELD, W.Va. - Shepherd College overcame a four-point halftime deficit to rally past Bluefield State 69-54 on Thursday in West Virginia Conference play.
Cassie Murray scored a game-high 36 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead Shepherd (14-4, 10-1). Makia Staves scored 11 points and had 10 rebounds.
