Breeden-Moser

Maria Amelia Breeden and Gregory Alan Moser wish to announce their engagement.

Ms. Breeden is the daughter of Raymond and Victoria Breeden of Middletown, Md. She is a graduate of Middletown High School. She is employed by State Farm Insurance Co. in Frederick, Md.

Mr. Moser is the son of Nadene and Scott Moser of Jefferson, Md. He is a 1997 graduate of Brunswick High School, a 1999 graduate of Frederick Community College and will graduate in May from Towson State University.

A June 16 wedding is planned.




Wahl-Fritz

Roxanne Lynn Wahl and Eugene Edward Fritz Jr. wish to announce their engagement.

Miss Wahl is the daughter of Danny and Linda Wahl of Unionbridge, Md. She is a 1991 graduate of Linganore High School. She is employed by Life Technologies in Frederick, Md.

Mr. Fritz is the son of Cheryl and Eugene Fritz Sr. of Urbana, Md. He is employed by Life Technologies in Frederick.

Garland-Hensley

Sharon Joan Garland and Richard Joe Hensley wish to announce their engagement.

Miss Garland is a 1988 graduate of Shalom Christian Academy in Marion, Pa., a 1993 graduate of Lee University in Cleveland, Tenn., with a bachelor of science degree in biological science, and a 1999 graduate of Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, W.Va., with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at Washington County Hospital on the pediatric/adult medical surgical floor. She also is employed as staff development coordinator at Homewood Retirement Center in Williamsport, is a substitute teacher for kindergarten through 12th grade in Washington County public schools and is a substitute nurse for the county.

Mr. Hensley is a 1978 graduate of Buffalo High School in Kenova, W.Va., and is a 1983 graduate of West Virginia Institute of Technology with a bachelor of science degree in mining engineering technology. He is employed as building manager with General Services Administration in Martinsburg, W.Va.

A Dec. 30 wedding is planned.




Williams-Burleson

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Williams of Hagerstown wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Sue, to Charles "Chuck" Burleson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Burleson of Hagerstown.

Miss Williams is a 1996 graduate of Smithsburg High School, a 2000 graduate of Shepherd College with a bachelor of science degree in nursing and is enrolled in the masters of business administration program at Frostburg State University in Hagerstown. She is a registered nurse at Washington County Hospital and is a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician in Washington County.

Mr. Burleson is a 1996 graduate of Clear Spring High School. He is employed at Washington County Hospital in the operating room and is a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician in Washington County.

A May 2002 wedding is planned.




Kurtyka-Reilly

Kristen Ann Kurtyka and Gabriel Benjamin Reilly wish to announce their engagement.

Miss Kurtyka is the daughter of Martin and Jeanine Kurtyka of Hagerstown. She is a 1995 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and a 1999 graduate of Western Maryland College with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. She is employed as a human resource manager for Drs. Sandler and Weisbaum in Rockville, Md.

Mr. Reilly is the son of Michelle Reilly of Rohrersville and Edward Reilly of Middletown, Md. He is a 1994 graduate of Boonsboro High School and a 1999 graduate of University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He is employed as a mechanical engineer for Werres Systems Inc. in Frederick, Md.

An April 21 wedding is planned.




McPherson-Kelley

Shannon Lynn McPherson and Buck Andrew Kelley wish to announce their engagement.

Ms. McPherson is the daughter of Richard and Vanessa McPherson of Clear Spring. She is a 2000 graduate of Clear Spring High School.

Mr. Kelley is the son of the late Norman and Christina Kelley and the grandson of Glenda Bowers of Greencastle, Pa. He is employed with a local corporation in Williamsport.

A June 23 wedding is planned.




Trovinger-Krumpe

Mr. and Mrs. Terrence Trovinger of Hagerstown wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Michele, to Max Bernard Krumpe, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Krumpe of Hagerstown.

Miss Trovinger is a 1995 graduate of North Hagerstown High School, a 1999 graduate of University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in elementary education and is pursuing a master's degree in administration and supervision. She is a first-grade teacher at Clear Spring Elementary School.

Mr. Krumpe is a 1994 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and a 1998 graduate of Virginia Military Institute with a bachelor's degree in business and economics. He is employed as a business development consultant for APW-Wrightline.

An Oct. 20 wedding is planned.
