Shed catches fire near railroad tracks

The problem of transients evidenced itself again Wednesday when a small open shed caught fire along the Western Maryland Railway tracks behind the old Moller Organ Works building.

"It was probably started by a campfire," said Hagerstown Fire Marshal Tom Brown. "There was a mattress there and we know it was being used by transients."
