- $1,000 per election to individual candidates. Primary and general elections are considered separate elections.
- $5,000 per year to a Political Action Committee (PAC).
- $5,000 per year in combined contributions to local and state party committees within the same state.
- $20,000 per year to a national party committee.
- $25,000 per year overall limit.
