Baby still in critical condition
WAYNESBORO, Pa. - A two-month-old baby remained in critical condition Tuesday night at Hershey Medical Center from injuries he suffered in an incident in his home on Sept. 15, a hospital spokeswoman said.
The father, John Cramer Sr., of 7670 Anthony Highway, Waynesboro, has been released from Franklin County Prison on $75,000 bail, according to a prison spokesman. Cramer was being held on charges of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
A preliminary hearing for Cramer is scheduled for 3 p.m. Friday before District Justice Larry G. Pentz.
