Body found at Urbana

URBANA, Md. - A body was found in a burning vehicle near Sugarloaf Parkway in Urbana Monday morning, according to Maryland State Police in Frederick, Md.
State Police received a report of a burning vehicle at 7:40 a.m. and were directed to a field in the area of Sugarloaf Parkway.
The vehicle, which had been engulfed in flames, was smoldering when police arrived. A preliminary investigation indicated that the occupant died in the fire, police said.
Police said they were trying to identify the body.
The Associated Press reported that surveyors discovered the body inside a burned-out van at a construction site.
Meanwhile, Baltimore County Police said the body of a woman was found Monday morning at a construction site in Reisterstown, Md.
