The vehicle, which had been engulfed in flames, was smoldering when police arrived. A preliminary investigation indicated that the occupant died in the fire, police said.

Meanwhile, Baltimore County Police said the body of a woman was found Monday morning at a construction site in Reisterstown, Md.

The state police Special Investigation Support Unit and Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office were investigating.
