WASHINGTON, Pa. (AP) - Kuo Sheng An threw a five-inning no-hitter and second baseman Lee Cheng Han homered Thursday as Taiwan beat Bayamon, Puerto Rico, 10-0 and advanced to the championship game of the PONY League World Series.

Bayamon was eliminated at the series for 13- and 14-year-olds. Regulation Pony League games last seven innings, but the game was stopped early because of Taiwan's lead under the PONY League mercy rule.

Kuo Sheng An had 10 strikeouts and walked two batters. Another Bayamon hitter reached on an error, and Bayamon third baseman Charlie Escalera had two errors.

Lee Cheng Han, one of two players with that name with Taiwan, had a solo home run. The other Lee Cheng Han, the right fielder, had a double.
