CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - A pair of West Virginia men, one already wanted by police, were arraigned and lodged in the Franklin County Prison following an incident Saturday, a Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg, report said.

William McJunkin, 21, and Keith Alan Snyder, 47, both reportedly of Falling Waters, were approached by Pennsylvania State Police, Chambersburg, Saturday stemming from a report of possible littering, the report said.

Police said a motorist called and complained about beer cans being thrown from a vehicle that they had described as being spotted in an area near Pa. 995.

The report said police later approached the men at the 1300 block of Lincoln Way West in Hamilton Township.

Police said Snyder presented false identification, but that an investigating trooper recognized him at the scene and took him into custody, the report said.
