Traffic alley closed Monday
An alley in downtown Hagerstown just north of the post office and off Jonathan Street will be closed to traffic beginning at 7:30 a.m. Monday, the City Engineering Department announced.
The closure will probably last two weeks while workers replace a storm drain pipe that has collapsed.
