No cause released in man's death

May 15, 2000

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - An official cause of death for an Antrim Township man found dead Saturday will not be released for another two weeks, Franklin County Coroner Jeffrey R. Conner said.

Conner said John L. Ricchi's death is still regarded as suspicious, but Monday's autopsy did not reveal any obvious cause of death. He said extensive toxicological tests will have to be performed before a final ruling is made.

Ricchi, 34, of 7536 Molly Pitcher Highway South, Apt. B, was found dead in his home at about 12:30 p.m. by a family member. State police said Monday the circumstances of his death are still being investigated.
