Mr. and Mrs. Glenn E. Miles of Hagerstown wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Cynthia J. Miles, to Todd A. Missling, son of Donald and Rhea Missling of Appleton, Wis.

Miss Miles is a 1982 graduate of Clear Spring High School. She is employed as a customer service representative and office manager for Amcor Flexibles of Hagerstown.

Mr. Missling is a 1982 graduate of West High School in Appleton and attended Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Appleton. He is employed as a press operator with Amcor Flexibles in Hagerstown.

A Dec. 30 wedding is planned.




Russell and Kathryn Marks of Hagerstown wish to announce the engagement of their son, Brandon Nathaniel, to Cherie Lynn Nisley, daughter of Bill and Lynn Nisley of Goshen, Ind.

Ms. Nisley is a 1995 graduate of Goshen High School and attends University of Nevada, Reno. She is employed at the Resort at Squaw Creek in Olympic Valley, Calif.

Mr. Marks is a 1991 graduate of St. Maria Goretti High School and a 1995 graduate of Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio, with a bachelor of arts degree in business management. He also is employed at the Resort at Squaw Creek in Olympic Valley.

A Sept. 30 wedding is planned in Snowshoe, W.Va.




Mr. and Mrs. Franklin P. Erck III of Hagerstown wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Bridgett, to Kevin Thomas Finn, son of Ruth Finn of Hagerstown and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Finn of Columbus, Ohio.

Ms. Erck is a graduate of Hood College. She is employed as a micro computer specialist for Farmers and Mechanics National Bank in Frederick, Md.

Mr. Finn is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College. He is employed as an assistant customer center manager for American Freightways in Hagerstown.

An Oct. 14 wedding is planned.




Lois E. Marquiss and Timothy D. Brawner wish to announce their engagement.

Ms. Marquiss is the daughter of Sarah Ruth Longerbeam of Charles Town, W.Va. She is a 1969 graduate of North Hagerstown High School. She is employed by Maryland Ribbon as an order processor.

Mr. Brawner is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles T. Brawner of Hagerstown. He is a 1978 graduate of Boonsboro High School. He is employed by Maryland Ribbon as a shipping clerk.

A July 15 wedding is planned.
