Martin-Sudec
Jennifer Martin and John Sudec wish to announce their engagement.
Ms. Martin is the daughter of Jeff Martin of Chambersburg, Pa., and Jacky Martin of Medina, Ohio. She is a 1987 graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School and a 1992 graduate of Shippensburg University with a degree in elementary education. She is employed by Washington County Board of Education as a fourth-grade teacher at Smithsburg Elementary School.
Mr. Sudec is the son of John Sudec Sr. of Lakeland, Fla. He is a 1978 graduate of Williamsport High School and a 1982 graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering and operations research. He is employed as a vice president by First Data Merchant Services in Hagerstown.
A June 24 wedding is planned.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Wirt of Pottstown, Pa., wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Valerie Wirt, to Todd Harshman, son of Sharon Harshman of Smithsburg and the late Michael Harshman.
