Karen Marie Stout and Raeburn Edward Paulson were married Saturday, Aug. 14, 1999, at Virginia Avenue Church of God in Hagerstown.

The bride is the daughter of Douglas and Priscilla Stout of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Marshall Paulson of Cody, Wyo., and Denise Wright of Buckeystown, Md.

The bride is attending Hagerstown Community College. She is employed by Citicorp.

The bridegroom is enrolled at Hagerstown Community College. He is employed by Twilight's Ristorante in Hagerstown as dining room manager.

They live in Hagerstown.

Melissa A. Llewellyn and Matthew J. Dittman were married Saturday, Sept. 4, 1999, at St. Augustine's Catholic Church in Williamsport.

The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Elizabeth Llewellyn of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Jerry and Helen Dittman of Boonsboro.

The bridegroom is a 1987 graduate of Clear Spring High School and a 1993 graduate of Hagerstown Junior College with an associate's degree in criminal justice. He is employed by Washington County Sheriff's Department.

Marshall-Norris




Cathy Lynn Norris and Johnny Ray Marshall were married Saturday, Oct. 23, 1999, in the garden at Western Maryland Hospital Center.

The bride is the daughter of Gloria and William Rudisill of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Alice Marshall of Sharpsburg and the late Luther A. Marshall.

The bride is a graduate of Smithsburg High School, Hagerstown Community College and Frostburg State University, where she is pursuing a master's degree in business administration. She is employed by Western Maryland Hospital Center as director of nursing in the Comprehensive Care Unit and assistant director of nursing of the hospital. She also is employed as a staff nurse at Washington County Detention Center.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Boonsboro High School and Western Maryland Police Academy. He attended Institute of Police Technology and Management at University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Fla. He is employed by Washington County Sheriff's office as a deputy sheriff.

They live in Williamsport.
