W.Va. residents robbed at gunpoint

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. ? Two masked men robbed residents of a Martinsburg-area home at gunpoint Friday night, police said.

No one was injured in the altercation, which was reported at 8:52 p.m., according to the Berkeley County Sheriff's Department.

Sheriff's Deputy Daniel White and other deputies responded within two minutes to a report of a robbery in progress at 108 Cotta Lane, east of Martinsburg off Jenny Wren Drive, according to a news release.

Two white male suspects, who left the home on foot after demanding money at gunpoint, were not immediately found, police said. They were wearing black pants, black jackets, possibly hooded sweat shirts and black ski masks, police said.
