Man in custody after high-speed chase

A man was in the custody of the Hagerstown Police Department Thursday night after the vehicle he was in crashed on Virginia Avenue during a chase that began in Noland Village. Sgt. Jim Robinson said late Thursday that police still had not identified the man involved in the chase. See Friday's Herald-Mail newspapers for the full story.
