Felony murder conviction is overturned

The Maryland Court of Special Appeals struck the first-degree felony murder conviction for a man sentenced to life for the March 2004 shooting death of Jonathan M. Dennis, 19. Azaniah Blankumsee will return to Washington County for sentencing on counts previously merged into that conviction. See Saturday's Herald-Mail for the full story.
