Five black achievers honored

Five local residents were honored Saturday night at the 2006 Black Achievers Gala in Hagerstown. Robert Augustus Jackson Jr., Ursula Mason, Shelby Simonelli, James Thomas Jr. and Steve Swayne were recognized at the event, and Maryland Lt. Gov.
