'The Tempest'

St. Maria Goretti High School's drama troupe, the Goretti Players, will present William Shakespeare's "The Tempest." Veterans Day program

The auxiliary of Morris Frock American Legion Post 42 will hold its annual Veterans Day program and wreath-laying ceremony. Guest speaker will be James H. Warner, a retired Marine and POW during the Vietnam War. Sunday, 11 a.m. Washington County Courthouse, Hagerstown. Streets near the courthouse will be closed from 11 a.m. to noon for the service. 'Tipping the Velvet'

The next Reel Awakenings Film Festival will feature "Tipping the Velvet."
