Southwestern Sauce recipe

November 30, 1999

1/2 cup mayonnaise (regular or low-fat)
2 teaspoons ketchup
2 teaspoons grated horseradish (use the jarred stuff!)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
A pinch of pepper
A pinch of cayenne, or a good shot of hot sauce

Mix everything together, and spread on your tortilla before adding diced turkey, cheese, etc.
