Warm weather to continue through week

Those winter coats and gloves can stay in the closet again today with temperatures expected to reach 75 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Sterling, Va.

Tuesday's weather was mostly sunny with little wind. The high was 75 degrees, the third time this month the mercury rose to 70 degrees or better, according to Hagerstown Weather Observer Greg Keefer's Web site.

November was off to a warm start with a high of 74 degrees on Nov. 1 and 75 degrees on Nov. 6, Keefer said.

Today through Friday will be mostly sunny with lows in the 30s, forecasters say. Highs on Thursday and Friday are expected to be in the 60s.
