Warrants have been issued for a second man in an Aug. 22 break-in of a West End home where the residents were terrorized and robbed.

Steven Vincent Dillinger, 21, of 427 W. Franklin St., Apt. 1, is at large and Hagerstown City Police want him for burglary, armed robbery, robbery, theft, and first- and second-degree assault, according to Detective Shawn Schultz.

"We believe Dillinger had the gun," Schultz said. Dillinger is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 160 pounds, with short hair.

Already charged is Diamond Christopher Scott, 21, who was taken into custody in late August, police said.

Scott was charged with two counts each of robbery, false imprisonment and second-degree assault and one count of burglary, police said.

Police were called to 819 Dale St. for reports that three men had broken in, tied up two women and robbed the male resident.

All three men were wearing ski masks.

Money and property worth more than $300 was stolen, police said.

The third man is expected to be identified when fingerprints come back from the FBI lab, police said.
