BURNT CABINS, Pa. - Pennsylvania State Police in Fulton County said a Burnt Cabins man was killed and two other people were injured Monday night in a two-vehicle accident in Dublin Township.

Paul William Nally, 33, of Grist Mill Road, was pronounced dead at the scene by Fulton County Deputy Coroner Burley Souders following the 9:20 p.m. accident on Pa. 522, about 100 yards from the Huntingdon County line. Nally, a Fulton County resident, was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from his 1988 Chevy Beretta.

The driver of the other vehicle, Russell L. Kline, 44, of 5 Kline Drive, McVeytown, Pa., had minor head injuries and was treated at Fulton County Medical Center. His passenger in the 1994 Mazda pickup truck, Beth A. McMath, 39, same address, was taken to Hershey Medical Center.

McMath was listed in fair condition Tuesday, according to a hospital spokeswoman. Kline and McMath were both wearing seatbelts, according to police.

Trooper Bruce C. Campbell said Nally was driving south when he lost control of his car on a curve. The car slid across the northbound lane and struck a bridge abutment. Almost simultaneously, Kline's pickup struck the right rear side of the car.

Kline and McMath were taken to the hospitals by Hustontown, Pa., ambulances, police said.

Campbell said the crash was under investigation and Kline faces no charges in connection with the accident.
