Valley Senior League

NARG 15, Jeter 3: Winning pitcher Adam Dick pitched a complete game, with five hits and eight strikeouts. Harry Baker, Travis Barnhart and John King had two hits each for NARG. Gary Bloyer had two hits for Jeter.

West End Little League

Stags 22, Moose 4: Orland Dean led the Stags with three hits, including two home runs. Winning pitcher D.J. Lucas struck out 15 and had two hits. Justin Morlaes had two hits for the Moose.

National Little League

Long Meadow Exxon 8, Elks 3: Wayne Young led Long Meadow Exxon with two hits. Patrick Hutzler had a home run while winning pitcher Ben Cafferilli had 10 strikeouts. For the Elks, Michael Cramer hit a triple.


Hagerstown PONY League

Jeter Paving 6 Troopers 1: Aaron Davis and Keith Overdorff combined for a five hitter and 12 strikeouts for Jeter. Overdorff had a two-run homer. Zach Yinger had two hits and Erich Vogel had a solo home run. Cody Hanes had two hits for the Troopers.

Goodwill 8, Eagles 7: Winning pitcher Josh Carter struck out 13 and had two hits, including a home run and three RBIs to lead Goodwill. Brad Hartle and Jason Beard combined for five hits. Jeff Decker had two hits for the Eagles, including a home run while Decker fired nine strikeouts for Eagles.

Washington Co. Girls Minor League

4-Star 13 AFFME 12: Kim Hortner, Nakeia Ladow, Emily Mallott, Lindsay Anderson, and Jessica White were the leading hitters for 4-Star. Amy Mumma, and Brianna Hammond were the leading hitters for AFFME.

Middletown Sports 21, BJ's 7: Julie Stevens and Ashley Meyers each had three hits for Middletown. Jessi Hammersla and Andi Changuris combined to strikeout 11.

Valley Minor Little League

F&M Bank 15, Total Lube 0: Greyler Williams threw a no-hitter with 11 strikeouts to lead F&M Bank. Corey Kershner hit a grand slam and Wesley Burrier had three hits for F&M.

Smithsburg Little Sluggers

Total Lube 14, Gouff Construction 9: Josh Conway and Josh McKenzie had two hits each to lead Total Lube while Bryant Hooper tripled. Kyle Wivell and Kevin Schelenburg each had two hits for Gouff Construction.

Halfway Little League

Valley Storage Bin 14, Redmen 5: Dee and Marcus Scott had three hits each to lead Valley Storage Bin. David Warrenfeltz and Dustin Stottlemyer had two hits each. Jarron Suttle homered for Redmen.

American Little League

Olympia Trophy 2, FOP 0: Charlie Kline fired a one-hitter with nine strikeouts to lead Olympia Trophy. B.J. Soto had FOP's lone hit.

Eagles 16, Funkstown Legion 0: Jesse Gutekunst and John Brandi combined on a no-hitter with eight strikeouts. Gutekunst had three hits, including two home runs, while Brandi added two hits.

Senior Inter-League

Wilson 7, FOP 3: Winning pitcher Todd McCall struck out five and doubled while Bobby Bond added three hits, including two doubles, to lead Wilson. Aaron Beard had two hits, including a double, while Travis Barnhart had an RBI double.

Maugansville Senior League

Shawley's 12, Hagerstown Trust 4: Dustin Showalter was 3-for-4 with a three-run home run for Shawley's. Simon Henry had a two-run home run while Dustin Everly was the winning pitcher. Jessie Bennaka had two hits for Hagerstown Trust.

Conococheague Little League

Post 202 11, Homewood 7: Jason Smith had three hits, including a homerto lead Post 202. Ryan Harsh had two hits and Mitch Hardy homered.

Valley Little League

St. Lawrence 5, Dorsey Brothers 3: Mason Herman struck out 13 and Wayne Rumbaugh and Steve Hines had two hits each to lead St. Lawrence. James Harman struck out 13 for Dorsey Brothers.

Federal Little League

Alsatia 16, American Legion 1: Matt Wagner and Dave Plank each had two hits and combined for a two-hitter fo pace Alsatia. Freddie Kreiger also had two hits.

Conococheague Little League

Wolfe's 11, Lions 10: Ryan Lee and Josh Cupp had two hits each for Wolfe's. Kenny Singhas had two hits for Lions.

South Mtn. Little LeagueSouth Mountain Little League

Nationwide 8, Post 10 0: Jay Love combined with Chris Cannon on a two-hitter and had two hits, including an inside-the-park home run, to lead Nationwide.

Jerry's Sports & Designs Unlimited 18, Warrenfeltz 8: Courtney Long pitched a complete game with 11 strikeouts to lead Jerry's to a win. Jared Pryor added three hits. Ryan Shrewsberry had two hits for Warrenfeltz.

Sharpsburg Little League

Company No. 1 16, Chase Construction 15: Cody Cepura drove in the winning run with a two-run double to lead Company No. 1. Matt Guenter, Michael Dowell, Cody Poffenberger, Ryan Moore and Andy Seabright had three hits each.

Clear Spring Minor League

Orioles 13, Yankees 12: Bruce Mills had two hits to lead Orioles.

Halfway Junior League

4-Star 14, Redmen 8: Terry Jones had two hits and three RBIs and Matt Petro had two hits and pitched a complete game and added two hits to lead 4-Star. Matt Cronise also had two hits. Brad Hineman had three hits, including two doubles, while Eric McPherson and Chris Hurd added two hits each.
