Police investigate death of man

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Pennsylvania State Police said Friday they are investigating the death of a Greencastle man who was pronounced dead early Thursday morning after being taken by ambulance to Waynesboro Hospital.

Police identified him as Frederick Aaron Shelly, 88.

Police have released few details.

Jeffrey Connor, deputy Franklin County coroner, said the case was still under investigation.

An autopsy was conducted Friday, but a final toxicology report won't be available for weeks, authorities said.
