Ms. Walker is a 1992 graduate of St. James School and a 1996 graduate of Sweet Briar College in Virginia with a bachelor of arts degree in government. She will graduate in May from University of Maryland School of Law.
Mr. Kennedy is a 1990 graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School and a 1994 graduate of Fairmont State University in West Virginia with a bachelor of arts degree in business. He is a golf professional competing in several professional golf tours.

She is employed by United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick as a research technician in the department of viral therapeutics.
Mr. Sneckenberger is a 1985 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and Washington County Career Studies Center. He is employed by Equipment Development Co. in Frederick, Md., as the paint department foreman. He also is the volunteer major/senior head coach at Dual Lanes Saturday morning youth bowling league.

He is employed by Frostburg State University as the assistant varsity baseball coach and also is employed by Unos Restaurant in Deep Creek, Md.
