Pa. woman says she didn't try to poison husband

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - In another case, Linda Turner Reasner, 55, of 12688 Cumberland Highway, Orrstown, Pa., pleaded innocent to charges that she twice tried to poison her husband with antifreeze.

Charged with two counts each of attempted homicide and aggravated assault, Reasner was scheduled for the March trial term.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, James Richard Reasner was admitted to Chambersburg Hospital on Aug. 21, 1997, and again on Sept. 23, 1998, suffering kidney damage from ethylene glycol poisoning. Police charge the woman poisoned her husband by putting the antifreeze in glasses of tea.
