MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Three people reported being robbed at gunpoint in two separate incidents as they walked along Martinsburg's West Martin Street Sunday night, police said.

The men pulled a chain necklace from the boy's neck and ran off, police said.

The second robbery was at 10:15 on the 200 block, where the robbers pulled pistols and demanded money from a man and a woman, police said. They took a small amount of cash from the two and ran east, police said.

Martinsburg police believe the two robberies are connected and said the suspects are black males with light complexions. They were wearing dark-colored jackets.
