Amy Lynne Barnes and Michael Raymond Wescott were married Saturday, May 30, 1998, at Benevola United Methodist Church in Boonsboro.

The bride is the daughter of Gale and Sue Barnes of Sharpsburg and David and Melinda Ruthenberg of Havre de Grace, Md. The bridegroom is the son of Ed and Joyce Wescott of Barnsboro, N.J.

The bride is a 1993 graduate of Boonsboro High School, a 1996 graduate of Frostburg State University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration and is pursuing a master's degree in business at Johns Hopkins University. She is a contract specialist with Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C.

The bridegroom is a 1992 graduate of Clearview Regional High School in Mullica Hill, N.J., and will graduate in May from Frostburg State University with a degree in graphic design. He is a graphic designer with Madison Design Group in Bethesda, Md.

Sherri Kaye Young and Randy Gene Jamison were married Friday, June 19, 1998, at City Park in Hagerstown.

The bride is a graduate of Clear Spring High School and a 1993 graduate of Shippensburg University with a bachelor of science degree. She is a registration/admissions manager at The Chambersburg Hospital in Chambersburg, Pa.

The bridegroom is a graduate of South Hagerstown High School and will graduate from Hagerstown Community College in May with an associate's degree. He is employed in inside sales by Noland Co. in Hagerstown.

Michelle Lynn Short and Roy Keith Turner were united in marriage Monday September 14, 1998, at The Little Church of the West in Las Vegas, Nev.

The bride is the daughter of Phillip and Betty Rowe of Marlowe, W.Va. The bridegroom is the son of the late Luther Turner Sr. and the late Bessie Turner.

The bride is a 1987 graduate of North Hagerstown High School. She is employed by Mamsi Insurance in Frederick, Md.

The bridegroom is a 1990 graduate of Williamsport High School. He is employed at Fort Detrick, Md.

The bride is the daughter of George and Barbara Sword of Greencastle, Pa. The bridegroom is the son of Richard Heck of Hagerstown and Sally Rowe of Tampa, Fla. His foster parents are Butch and Sonya Pereschuk of Hagerstown.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School. She is a printer at 1 Hour Photo Gem in Greencastle.

The bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Williamsport High School. He is employed by Certain-Teed in Williamsport.

Carolyn Macecevic and Kevin Smith were married Saturday, June 6, 1998, at Faith United Methodist Church in Pittsburgh, Pa.

The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Sharon Macecevic of Pittsburgh. The bridegroom is the son of Paul and Cheryl Smith of Hagerstown.

The bride graduated from Fox Chapel High School and earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master of arts degree in counseling from West Virginia University. She is employed by Chestnut Ridge Counseling Services Inc. in Uniontown, Pa.

The bridegroom is a graduate of South Hagerstown High School and earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from West Virginia University. He is continuing his education at Computer Tech, where he is studying computer network administration. He is a trust accountant with Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh.

April Elaine Lehman and Sgt. 1st Class William Joseph Bishop were united in marriage Saturday, Sept. 12, 1998, at Mount Bethel United Methodist Church in Foxville, Md.

The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Linda Lehman of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Myrna Bishop of Eugene, Ore.

The bride is a 1990 graduate of Smithsburg High School, a 1994 graduate of Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pa., and is pursuing a master's degree in education administration at Frostburg State University. She is a mathematics teacher at Smithsburg High School.

The bridegroom is a 1984 graduate of Junction City High School in Junction City, Ore. He is employed by the U.S. Army as a switchboard supervisor for the White House Communications Agency.
