Two die in Frederick County wreck

IJAMSVILLE, Md. - Two unidentified men were killed when the car in which they were passengers crossed the center line on Md. 75 near Prices Distillery Road and hit another car Tuesday afternoon.

Maryland State Police said Eittiwatt Chairaks Tonggarwee, 24, of 209 Savage Rd., Frederick was driving south on Md. 75 when he lost control.

His 1985 Chevrolet Spectrum struck a guardrail and crossed the centerline and struck a north bound car driven by Michael R. Schwartzbeck, 43, 4605 Iris Ct., Monrovia, Md.

The accident took place at 3 p.m., police said.

Police said Tonggarwee's passengers died at the scene.

He was flown to Suburban Hospital in Bethesda and is in fair condition.

Schwartzbeck was taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital and was treated and released.

State Police declined to identify the victims pending notification of their next of kin.

Police are continuing their investigation of this accident.
