Williams-Shank

Patti Ost Shank and Charles Edward Williams were married Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 26, 1998, in an outdoor service at Avon Park, Fla.

The bride is the daughter of retired Maj. Roland and Judy Ost of Waynesboro, Pa. The bridegroom is the son of retired Lt. Cmdr. Sydney and Toni Cole of Sarasota, Fla.

The new Mrs. Williams is the reigning NPC National Collegiate Bodybuilding Middleweight Title holder and will be training full-time for several competitions in both bodybuilding and beauty pageants. She is pursuing a master's degree in communications at West Virginia University.

The bridegroom is a certified personal trainer and nutrition/diet consultant, is his wife's personal manager and is employed by the state of Florida.

They live in Falling Waters, W.Va., and Tampa, Fla.

Davis-Spiro

Andra E. Spiro and Barry L. Davis were married Saturday, Aug. 1, 1998, at the U.S. Naval Academy Chapel in Annapolis.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Michael Spiro of Pittsburgh. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William R. Davis of Williamsport.

The bride is a 1988 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor of arts degree in English and a 1991 graduate of University of Pittsburgh with a master of business administration degree. She is a commercial real estate leasing representative with CarrAmerica in Washington, D.C.

The bridegroom is a 1981 graduate of Williamsport High School, a 1985 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelor of science degree in computer science, a 1995 graduate of University of Maryland with a degree in international business and a 1997 graduate of Northwestern University with a master of business administration degree. He is an associate with First Annapolis Consulting in Baltimore.

They live in Annapolis.

McCauley-Bishop

Tracy Lynn Bishop and Michael Linn McCauley were married Saturday, Sept. 12, 1998, at Christ's Reformed Church in Hagerstown.

The bride is the daughter of Rocky and June Bishop of Clear Spring. The bridegroom is the son of Patricia McCauley of Hagerstown and the late Ralph Lee McCauley.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of Clear Spring High School and a 1998 graduate of Hagerstown Junior College with an associate's degree in general studies. She is employed by Hagerstown Community College as assistant facilities coordinator and by The Finish Line in Hagerstown as a sales associate.

The bridegroom is a 1982 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and attended Hagerstown Junior College. He is employed by the city of Hagerstown.

They live in Hagerstown.

Busby-Oliver

Kelli M. Oliver and Aaron R. Busby were united in marriage Thursday, July 23, 1998, at Sanderling Inn Resort in Duck, N.C.

The bride is the daughter of Julian and Edna Mae Oliver Jr. of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Roy and Carole Busby of Denton, Texas.

The bride is a graduate of North Hagerstown High School and Widener University in Delaware with a bachelor of science degree in hotel and restaurant management. She is employed by Sodexho Marriott Services.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Denton High School and University of Oklahoma with a bachelor of accountancy degree. He is an assistant controller at Fort Lauderdale Marina Marriott.

They live in Coconut Creek, Fla.

Zeger-Bowman

Gina Rene Bowman and Chadwick Adam Zeger were married Saturday, Oct. 10, 1998, at Christ's Reformed Church in Hagerstown.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert E. Bowman of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard K. Zeger Sr. of Hagerstown.

The bride is a 1991 graduate of North Hagerstown High School, a 1993 graduate of Hagerstown Junior College, a 1995 graduate of East Carolina University with a bachelor of science degree in child development and family relations and is pursuing a master's degree in early childhood education at Shippensburg University. She is program director of infants and toddlers at Citicorp Family Center in Hagerstown.

The bridegroom is a 1992 graduate of North Hagerstown High School. He is employed by F&M Bank in the loan documentation department and by United Parcel Service, both in Hagerstown.

They live in Hagerstown.

Millard-Kelbaugh

Amy Nicole Kelbaugh and John Charles Millard II were married Saturday, May 9, 1998, at The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints in Frederick, Md.

The bride is the daughter of Rebecca S. Kelbaugh of Knoxville, Md., and the late George S. Kelbaugh. The bridegroom is the son of John and Linda Millard of Burkittsville, Md.

The bride is a 1994 graduate of Boonsboro High School and attends Hagerstown Community College, majoring in administration of justice. She is employed by Timberland.

The bridegroom is a 1992 graduate of Brunswick High School. He served six years in the U.S. Army and is now employed with Bell Atlantic.
