Amy Christine Keeton and Jon Christopher Boyd Philipp were married Saturday, Sept. 12, 1998, at Asbury United Methodist Church in Charles Town, W.Va.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Robert E. Keeton of Charles Town. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Philipp of Fredericksburg, Va.

The new Mrs. Philipp is a 1992 graduate of Jefferson High School and a graduate of James Madison University.

Mr. Philipp is a 1992 graduate of Fredericksburg High School and attended Concord College in Princeton, W.Va.

They live in Fredericksburg.

Murray-Reaves

Deborah D. Reaves and Samuel J. Murray II were united in marriage Saturday, Aug. 15, 1998, at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Nashville, Tenn.

The bride is the daughter of the late A. Rozetta Reaves of Collinwood, Tenn. The bridegroom is the son of Samuel and Patsy Murray of Hagerstown.

The bride attended University of North Alabama and is a graduate of Columbia State College. She is employed as a pediatric respiratory therapist with Messick Homecare in Nashville.

Dr. Murray is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and Medical College of Virginia and is finishing his final year of pediatrics residency at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville.

They live in Nashville.

The bride is the daughter of Zane and Linia Overly of Kearneysville, W.Va. The bridegroom is the son of the Rev. Kenneth and Patricia Bishop of Fulton.

The bride is a graduate of Shepherd College and Louisiana Tech University. She is a lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force, stationed at Dover, Del.

The bride is the daughter of Mark and Judy Brezler of Hagerstown and Cary and Karen Kidwell of Martinsburg, W.Va. The bridegroom is the son of John and Marlene Hersh and Ed Slick and Bonnie Hersh, all of Hagerstown.

The bride is a 1991 graduate of South Hagerstown High School and a 1995 graduate of Frostburg State University. She is a reading teacher for Washington County Board of Education.

The bridegroom is a 1991 graduate of South Hagerstown High School and a 1995 graduate of Shippensburg University. He is a staff accountant with First Nationwide Mortgage Corp. in Frederick, Md.

The new Mrs. May is a 1986 graduate of South Hagerstown High School and a graduate of Award Beauty School. She is employed by Ace of Blades Tanning, Hair and Nail Salons in Hagerstown.

Mr. May is a 1981 graduate of Williamsport High School and a graduate of University of Maryland with a master's degree in criminology. He is a sergeant with Maryland State Police in the Special Investigative Support Unit in Columbia, Md.
