Pea-che Fudge

- 1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup margarine

- 1/4 cup peanut butter

- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

- 1 cup chopped peanuts

- 1/4 cup reduced-fat milk

- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1/2 cup pasteurized instant nonfat dry milk

Cream cheese and margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Spread in pan or place by rounded tablespoon in paper cupcake liners.

Nutrition information per piece: 83 calories, .76 grams saturated fat, 3.69 grams total fat, 2.27 grams protein, 11.11 grams carbohydrates.
