CHARLESTON, W.Va. - A contract for resurfacing in Berkeley County, W.Va., is listed for an Aug. 18 bid opening, according to the West Virginia Division of Highways.
The contract calls for resurfacing of 2.51 miles of Sylvan Retreat Road, according to the Division of Highways.
