Prime Outlets said Tuesday that Kasper ASL, Maternity Works and Vans have recently signed leases, said spokesman Brian Lewbart.
Hours for the outlet center at Interstate 70 and Sharpsburg Pike are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Most of the 60 stores will be open by the center's Aug. 7 grand opening, Lewbart said.
