The Warrenfeltzes




Mr. and Mrs. Charles Warrenfeltz Jr. of Hagerstown celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Monday, May 11, 1998.

The party was hosted by their daughters and their spouses, Eileene and George Carbaugh and Susan and Kenneth Hause of Hagerstown. The event was attended by close friends and relatives.

The Warrenfeltzes were married May 8, 1948.

Mrs. Warrenfeltz is the former Doris Virginia Turner, daughter of the late Harvey and Mable Turner.

Mr. Warrenfeltz is the son of the late Charles L. and Martha Warrenfeltz of Maugansville. He is a veteran of World War II. He was a tractor-trailer driver for 48 years, retiring in 1992 from Overnight Transportation after 21 years of service.

They have five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The Nokes




Mr. and Mrs. Ralph L. Nokes of Hagerstown were honored at a surprise family celebration of their 25th wedding anniversary Saturday, July 4, 1998, at Wilson Ruritan.

The celebration was hosted by their children, Michele Gladhill, Christie Jordan, Ruth Shrader, Debra Rogers and Betty "Liz" Shrader, all of Hagerstown.

The Nokes were married June 7, 1973.

Mrs. Nokes is the former Betty Malatt, daughter of Goldie "Gladys" Malatt Jenkins and the late Clarence Malatt. She is retired from Washington County Hospital.

Mr. Nokes is the son of the late Wilbur and Ruth Nokes. He is employed with James J. Smith and Co.

They have 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The Shraders




Mr. and Mrs. Robert C. Shrader of Hagerstown were honored at a surprise family celebration of their 25th wedding anniversary Saturday, July 4, 1998, at Wilson Ruritan.

The celebration was hosted by their children, Michele Gladhill, Christie Jordan, Ruth Shrader, Debra Rogers and Betty "Liz" Shrader, all of Hagerstown.

The Shraders were married Aug. 25, 1973.

Mrs. Shrader is the former Alice Pennesi, daughter of the late Tony and Jenny Pennesi.

Mr. Shrader is the son of Elizabeth Shrader and the late Roy Shrader. He is retired from Shenandoah Pride Dairy Co.

They have 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
