Car damaged in arson fire

A 1973 Ford Mustang was heavily damaged early Wednesday when it was intentionally set on fire, according to the Hagerstown Fire Marshal's office.

The vehicle was covered and being stored at the rear of 846 Chestnut St., said Fire Marshal Tom Brown. The fire was started at about 4:46 a.m.

It is owned by William F. Munson of Hagerstown.
