Traffic signal to be added

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - A Division of Highways contract calls for installation of a traffic signal on W.Va. 45 on the South Martinsburg Bypass between Interstate 81 and U.S. 11 to serve an existing Sheetz store and a Lowe's under construction. The signal will be funded by Sheetz.
