Greencastle girl displays art in S.C.

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Amy Stine of Greencastle recently hosted her senior art show on the campus of Coastal Carolina University in Conway, S.C.

Displayed were watercolors, charcoals and sculptures. Her sculpture of a seal carved in black soapstone was selected to be featured in Archarios, Coastal Carolina's yearly literature and art publication.

The daughter of Tom and Nancy Stine, she is a 1994 graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School and is a senior at Coastal Carolina with a double major in art studio/art education. She will graduate in December after student teaching next semester in the Myrtle Beach, S.C., area.

Stine is a member of the National Art Education Association and is employed part time by the Nike Factory Store in Myrtle Beach.
