Fellowship service planned

April 08, 1998

BOONSBORO - The Tri-State Church of God is holding a men's fellowship service and cross dragging on Saturday morning.

Christian men from the congregation and the public are invited to attend the service at 10:30 a.m. at the church at 7605 National Pike.

Immediately following the service, each man will have the opportunity to bear a full-sized cross on a route around the church until they tire.

The service and cross dragging is meant to get people to think about the meaning of Easter, said Aaron C. Semler, assistant of the men's leadership committee at the church.
