Three held on Pa. drug charges

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Three Waynesboro, Pa., residents were jailed on felony drug charges Thursday after police seized heroin, crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia in a Chambersburg, Pa., motel room, Pennsylvania State Police said Friday.

Authorities identified those charged as Nathan Matthew Flohr, 22, of 208 Park St., Richard Allen Warren, 20, of 331 Harrison Ave., and Shannon Marie Browning, 20, of 127 W. Grant St.

Browning and Flohr were being held in the Franklin County Prison on $25,000 bond and Warren on $35,000 bond, according to records from District Justice Larry K. Meminger's office.

All three are charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to court records.

According to court records, a man drove to Philadelphia earlier Wednesday to buy drugs and bring them back to Room 20 in the Motel 11 on Philadelphia Avenue in Chambersburg.

Police searched the motel room and found the drugs and paraphernalia, according to court records. Police also said they seized an undisclosed amount of cash and a vehicle.
